Rates vary based upon season, holidays, special events, entire property
bookings and multiple nights or weekday stays. Average rates:

Entire House: $ 350 to $ 375 per night

Individual Suites: $ 89 to $139 per night.

Carriage House: $ 179 to $ 189 per night

Studio: $ 129 to 139 per night.

Entire Property Rental: Negotiable.

Payment

We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover cards, personal checks, cash or cashiers checks.

Discounts are available on extended stays of 3 or more nights.

There is a 3 night minimum stay required for certain holidays and special events.

To confirm your booking ~ We request a credit card number for one nights stay. If you'd rather not pay the total upon arrival by using your credit card, let us know when you confirm and your credit card deposit will be held but not charged unless you cancel as described below.

Cancellations

If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival your deposit will be refunded.

If cancelled within 7 days of your arrival the entire reservation total and sales tax will be forfeited and charged to your credit card. A gift certificate will be issued to you for a future visit.

No refunds for early departures.

Policies

Check in after 3:00 pm. Check out by 12 pm. Exceptions will be made if possible - please inquire.

Pets will be considered but must be approved prior to arrival. A pet damage deposit of $100 will be held and refunded upon departure.

No Smoking

Children are welcome in the Carriage House, Studio or if you reserve the entire main house.

Two person maximum per room when reserving individual suites.

Directions to 66 Center St. ~ Highway 62 to Highway 23 North. (Hwy 23 No. Intersection is marked by a large "Historic District" sign. Travel downhill, past the courthouse to the Auditorium on the right. At intersection next to the Auditorium veer left onto Spring Street. Just past the Band Shell on the left, take the immediate right fork onto Center Street. At the first stop sign you'll see 66 Center as the first house on the far left hand corner.
